Red Star Premier Prestige Wine Yeast- 5 g packet

Description

Selected by Fermentis for its remarkable aromatic profile and its great fermentation abilities for winemakers who are looking to improve wine quality without compromising on fermentation performance.

• Yeast Strain: Saccharomyces cerevisiae
• This strain is suitable for all whites and roses, providing an aromatic lift to all varieties and promoting thiols and terpenes in grapes with stronger varietal character. Adapted to all types of whites, roses and sparkling base wines. Premier Prestige can also be used to restart stuck fermentations. However, our recommendation is Premier Blanc as a first choice for this application.
