Dingemans Cara Pils

All malts will be bagged separately unless otherwise specified in the instructions in the shopping cart. The option to mill will also be in the shopping cart.

Dingemans Cara 8 is a very light crystal/caramel malt produced in a drum roaster. Its unique flavor is achieved through caramelization and low drying temperatures. Adding Cara 8 increases the foam stability of your beers. Thanks to its light color, it can even be used in low percentages in Pilseners and other pale beer styles to improve the foam stability and add full-bodied flavor to the beer.
